Saniquip-Bergor, a member of the UAP group, has acquired Hydraline, a trusted supplier of hydraulic, pneumatic and refuse equipment parts.
This acquisition marks an important milestone in Saniquip-Bergor’s growth strategy and further strengthens UAP’s position as Canada’s leading distributor of automotive and heavy vehicle replacement parts and accessories.
With more than 30 years of experience and a steadfast commitment to its customers, Saniquip-Bergor specializes in the distribution of equipment and parts for residential and commercial waste and recycling collection trucks, as well as cleaning equipment for municipalities and specialized service providers, including street sweepers, sewer cleaners and street flusher trucks.
Through this acquisition, Saniquip-Bergor expands its capabilities, broadens its product offering and continues to grow its reach across Canada. The integration of Hydraline’s well-established Ontario operations also provides a strong platform to accelerate growth in the hydraulic segment of the heavy vehicle industry.
“This acquisition is fully aligned with our vision for growth,” said Jeff Struk, General Manager of Saniquip-Bergor. Hydraline is a trusted and respected supplier of hydraulic products, and this transaction provides us with a strong operational foundation in Ontario to accelerate our growth in this sector. It also creates new opportunities to introduce Saniquip-Bergor’s products and expertise to more customers. We will continue to expand our capabilities, broaden our product portfolio and strengthen our position as Canada’s leading heavy vehicle parts distributor.
Hydraline’s operations will continue as usual, and customers will continue to receive the same commitment to quality, service and technical excellence they have come to expect. They will also benefit from a broader product portfolio, enhanced inventory availability and expanded expertise in hydraulic systems, power take-offs (PTOs), pumps and refuse equipment components.
“By joining UAP, Hydraline brings decades of specialized expertise, strong customer relationships and an established market presence,” said Alain Primeau, President of UAP. “This acquisition strengthens our Heavy Vehicle Division and reflects our commitment to making strategic investments that enable us to deliver greater value, specialized expertise and a more comprehensive offering to customers across Canada.”
