Alain Masse leads all UAP’s activities across Canada, which includes the Auto Parts and Heavy Vehicle Parts Divisions, as well as all corporate functions. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from HEC Montreal. Before his current position as President, he led UAP’s Heavy Vehicle Parts and NAPA divisions as Executive Vice President. Prior to joining UAP, Alain held the position of President and General Manager at Cantrex. He is a member of the UAP Board of Directors.
Frank Pipito leads UAP’s Finance team and has also overall responsibility for the IT, administration as well as strategic planning and development groups. He is a CPA with more than 30 years of experience in Finance and Management. Frank joined UAP in 1991 from Deloitte & Touche, where he worked in audit and management consulting. He has held several positions in the finance team and is a member of UAP’s Board of Directors.
Riley Pratt is responsible for the continued growth and operational excellence of the NAPA business in Canada. Mr. Pratt holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Management from the Southern Oregon University. Prior to joining UAP, he’s been with the NAPA organization in the US for over two decades where he held a number of leadership positions.
Pierre Rachiele directs all activities and growth opportunities for our Heavy Vehicle Parts Division across Canada. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and before joining UAP in 2006, Pierre held various leadership and product-management positions at Rona, BuroPlus and Loblaws. He has been actively involved for many years at the Centre de bénévolat et moisson Laval (Volunteer Centre).
Marie-Claire Dupuis is responsible for all Human Resources activities across Canada. She joined UAP in 2015 with more than 18 years of experience in both Human Resources and Change Management. She has held progressive management positions in large corporations such as CitiFinancial Canada, Bell Canada and Pratt & Whitney Canada. Marie-Claire has been an accredited HR professional with the Quebec ORHRI Association since 1997. She is actively involved in community programs that favour collaboration and teamwork.
